We retain the Personal Information that we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with the Service you requested or to comply with an applicable legal requirement). As such, we generally retain records relating to the Service for a period of seven years, unless a Subscriber requests that we destroy a record ahead of our scheduled destruction.
Although most changes are likely to be minor, MailHippo may change our Privacy Policy from time to time, and in MailHippo’s sole discretion. We may inform you of any material changes through any reasonable means, such as an email or message through the Service. The “Last Updated” date posted at the top of the Privacy Policy reflects the effective date of the most recent version.
